TORONTO – Looking at the rosters of National Hockey League clubs, you’ll find 57 alumni from among current Canadian Junior Hockey League franchises on them.
Of the NHL teams, 22 of them presently feature a CJHL alumnus in their lineups, including 17 with two, or more.
The Ottawa Senators and Vegas Golden Knights boast five former CJHL standouts on their squads each.
Those with four include the Calgary Flames; New Jersey Devils and the Utah Mammoth.
You also have eight of the nine CJHL-member leagues with at least one of their previous players on an NHL side.
