NHL Central Scouting mid-term rankings features eight CJHLers

TORONTO – National Hockey League Central Scouting released Friday its mid-term rankings heading into the 2024 NHL Draft and eight Canadian Junior Hockey League (CJHL) players are among those on the list.

Topping the group of CJHLers is Brooks Bandits (AJHL) centre Logan Sawyer, who was tabbed 91st among North American skaters.

He was followed by St. Michael’s Buzzers (OJHL) centre Jonathan Morello, coming in at 121st.

Next was Humboldt Broncos (SJHL) right wing Matthew Van Blaricom, who was slotted 150th.

Also, Leamington Flyers (OJHL) netminder came in at No. 24 among North American goaltenders.
