NOJHL mourns passing of former commissioner Hector Seguin

SUDBURY, Ont. – The Northern Ontario Junior Hockey League, and each of its member clubs, are mourning the loss of former commissioner Hector Sequin, who passed away Tuesday at age 75, following a lengthy illness.
