TORONTO – National Hockey League Central Scouting announced Monday evening it mid-term rankings for the 2026 NHL Draft and Collingwood Blues (OJHL) netminder Maksim Corovic was among those tabbed.
The 17-year-old Stoney Creek, Ont., product was tabbed 24th in the listings for North American goaltenders.
Corovic currently leads the Ontario Junior Hockey League in goals-against average at a stingy 1.60 while sporting a 9-2-2-0 overall record.
He’s also tops in the OJHL with his .947 save percentage and his two shutouts share fifth in the league.
The Collingwood stopper also represented the Canadian Junior Hockey League as a member of Team Canada East at last month’s Junior A World Challenge in Trois-Rivières, Que.
The 2026 NHL Draft goes June 26-27 at KeyBank Center in Buffalo, N.Y.
