AJHL Teams will compete for the Gas Drive Cup and the right to advance to the Western Canada Cup versus the League Champion from the BCHL, SJHL and MJHL.

British Columbia Junior Hockey League

BCHL Teams will compete for the Fred Page Cup and the right to advance to the Western Canada Cup versus the League Champion from the AJHL, SJHL and MJHL.

Saskatchewan Junior Hockey League

SJHL Teams will compete for the Canalta Cup and the right to advance to the Western Canada Cup versus the League Champion from the BCHL, AJHL and MJHL.

Manitoba Junior Hockey League

MJHL Teams will compete for the Turnbull Trophy and the right to advance to the Western Canada Cup versus the League Champion from the BCHL, AJHL, and SJHL.

Superior International Hockey League

SIJHL clubs will compete in the post-season for the right to see who becomes the Bill Salonen Cup SIJHL Champion and advance to the Dudley-Hewitt Cup.

Northern Ontario Junior Hockey League

NOJHL Teams will compete for the Copeland Cup and the right to advance to the Dudley Hewitt Cup.

Ontario Junior Hockey League

The winner of the OJHL will compete in a best of seven series for the Buckland Cup and the right to advance to the Dudley Hewitt Cup.

The SIJHL, NOJHL and OJHL Champions plus the Host Team will battle it out for the Dudley Hewitt Cup and the title of Central Champion in a four team tournament.

Ligue de Hockey Junior AAA du Quebec

LHJAAAQ Teams will compete for the NAPA Cup and the right to advance to the Fred Page Cup.

Central Canada Hockey League

CCHL Teams will compete for the Bogart Cup and the right to advance to the Fred Page Cup.

Maritime Junior Hockey League

MHL Teams will compete for the Kent Cup and the right to advance to the Fred Page Cup.

LHJAAAQ, CCHL, and MHL Champions plus the Host Team battle it out for the Fred Page Cup and the title of Eastern Champion.

The four Regional Champions, plus the Host Team, will advance to the RBC Cup.
